1. Introduction

Welcome to the CSEOBA (College Saint-Esprit Old Boys Association) Annual Dinner 2026 ticketing system. By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the ticket purchase.

3. Ticket Purchase & Pricing

3.1 Ticket Price: The current ticket price is Rs 1,450 per person. This price includes:

• Welcome drinks: free welcoming juice & first beer free
• Mauritian-style dinner: starters, dinner, cheese board
• Live entertainment
• Access to all event activities
• Event commemorative materials

3.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through the MCB Mastercard Payment Gateway. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit and debit cards.

3.3 Ticket Limit (Phase 1): During the initial launch phase, ticket purchases are limited to 1 ticket per transaction. Multiple ticket purchases will be available in a future update.

3.4 Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and order reference number. Please retain this email for event entry.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

4.1 No Refunds: Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Inability to attend the event
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Travel disruptions
• Any other personal circumstances

4.2 Non-Transferable: Tickets are issued to the named purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned to another person.

4.3 Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that CSEOBA cancels the event entirely, full refunds will be provided to all ticket holders.

5. Attendee Information & Privacy

5.1 Personal Data: By purchasing a ticket, you provide consent for CSEOBA to collect and process your personal information (name, email, phone number, dietary requirements) for event management purposes.

5.2 Data Usage: Your information will be used to:

• Process your ticket purchase
• Manage event logistics (seating, dietary requirements)
• Send event-related communications
• Maintain records in our alumni database (Odoo ERP)

5.3 Data Protection: Your personal data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for event operations (e.g., catering for dietary requirements).

6. Event Rules & Conduct

6.1 Entry Requirements: You must present your ticket confirmation email (digital or printed) and valid photo identification upon entry to the event.

6.2 Dress Code: Dress code is optional.

6.3 Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. CSEOBA reserves the right to remove any attendee who:

• Engages in disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior
• Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• Violates event rules or staff instructions

6.4 No Refund for Removal: No refunds will be provided to attendees removed from the event for violating event rules.

7. Dietary Requirements & Special Requests

7.1 Accommodation: CSEOBA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, allergies) as specified during ticket purchase.

7.2 Deadline: All dietary requirements must be submitted at the time of ticket purchase. Changes or additions after purchase may not be accommodated.

7.3 Seating Requests: Special seating requests are noted but not guaranteed. CSEOBA reserves the right to assign seating based on event logistics.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Personal Belongings: CSEOBA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

8.2 Personal Injury: CSEOBA is not liable for any personal injury or health issues that may arise during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.

8.3 Event Changes: CSEOBA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, venue, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

9. Photography & Media Usage

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• CSEOBA social media channels
• CSEOBA website and newsletters
• Alumni publications
• Event highlights and commemorative materials

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

10. Force Majeure

CSEOBA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such cases, CSEOBA will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide appropriate alternatives.
